A guest list that carries through to check-in

For teams managing guest lists and check-in, an event page can keep registration, capacity, tickets, and the door list together.

LFW Events demonstrates a shareable event page and an RSVP form that can be embedded in an existing page. Your event workflow, branding, access, and implementation need to be agreed before setup.

Setup and current limits

Capacity: Honest counts, plus-ones included, a waitlist when it fills.
Tickets: A QR code in every confirmation.
The door: Check-in from a phone; the count stays live.
The bill: No LFW per-registration fee. Capacity and service requirements are agreed for your event.
The list: Lands in your portal, exports any time.

The flow you’d use to book a call with us

The booking page on this site shows the working scheduler. Using the approach on your site requires agreed calendar access, availability rules, notifications, and implementation scope.

Setup and current limits

Conflicts: Checks a live calendar, then re-checks at submission; two visitors can’t land the same slot.
Confirmation: A calendar invite the instant it books.
Today’s limits: Google Calendar, one calendar per flow. Round-robin isn’t built yet, and we’d rather say so.

Document Library

Documents people can find and read

A document library needs more than a list of downloads. Visitors should be able to find the right document and read its content comfortably on a phone.

The demonstration converts Word content into an HTML page, using the site’s typography, with the original file alongside it. The publishing workflow should include review of structure, tables, images, and links.

Conversion aims to preserve the source text. An authorized editor still checks fidelity and accessibility before publication; complex documents can require separately scoped remediation.

Bylaws of the Meridian Historical Society

Article I · Name and Purpose

The organization shall be known as the Meridian Historical Society. Its purpose is the preservation, interpretation, and public presentation of the history of Meridian and its surrounding townships.

The Society is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and shall operate as a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth.

Article II · Membership

Membership is open to any person who subscribes to the purposes of the Society and pays the annual dues fixed by the Board of Directors. Membership classes are Individual, Household, Student, and Life.

Members in good standing may vote at the annual meeting, hold office, and serve on committees. Dues are payable on the first of January and are not prorated.
