A solicitation needs deliverables the agency can review. We agree the pages, user journeys, standards, and evidence that establish whether the work is complete.

Scope around the public task
Identify the service pages, forms, documents, and third-party systems involved. Your program owner confirms content; purchasing and IT confirm contractual and hosting requirements.

Check and remediate the agreed scope
We combine automated findings with scoped keyboard and screen-reader review. The work record distinguishes verified fixes, unresolved items, and dependencies owned by another supplier.

Deliver an agency-held record
Provide the change log, acceptance evidence, relevant access inventory, and handover notes. Your agency decides records retention and approves publication.
What the monthly fee covers
Routine tasks of 30 minutes or less, handled one at a time. Standard acknowledgment: one business day. Priority acknowledgment: four business hours. These are response targets; completion depends on the work.
Business hours only, with no after-hours or on-call coverage. Hosting and licenses are paid separately. Redesigns, integrations, custom development, and larger remediation work receive a separate fixed quote.

Is an automated score proof of compliance?
No. Automated checks identify a subset of issues. A scoped audit adds manual review and reports the pages, methods, findings, and limits. Contract acceptance should reference those deliverables.
Can we use our own contract and hosting?
Yes, subject to reviewing the terms and infrastructure requirements together. Identify mandatory security controls, data location, insurance, and vendor eligibility early so we can confirm fit before a quote.

For state and local public entities, the ADA Title II web rule specifies WCAG 2.1 AA. Its current compliance dates are below.
Section 508 addresses federal agencies’ information and communication technology. We distinguish its requirements from Title II and agree the applicable testing and documentation in your contract.
