LFW

For trade & professional associations

Make membership easier to use.

Members come to renew, register, find a colleague, or use a benefit. LFW manages the website around those tasks, working with your staff and membership software provider. You get a clear owner for web changes and a record of what was checked.

Who handles what

One web contact, with clear system boundaries.

For membership teams that need web delivery alongside their AMS, communications staff, and existing vendors.

Your staff
Membership policy, dues, member data, campaign copy, and approval to test transactions.
LFW
Website pages, navigation, embeds, and agreed connection checks; coordinating a reproducible issue with your vendor.
AMS provider
Its hosted application, member authentication, billing engine, and vendor-side fixes. Custom integrations receive a separate quote.

From request to delivery

Check the whole renewal journey.

A working homepage does not show whether a member can complete a renewal. We trace the actual steps across your site and membership system.

  1. Map the boundary

Identify which pages LFW can change, where the AMS takes over, who controls the login, and how payments are processed. Your team approves a safe test account and test method.

  2. Resolve the right failure

We fix agreed website issues and document vendor-controlled failures with reproduction steps. Your AMS provider handles its account logic, billing records, and hosted application.

  3. Retest before the campaign

Check the path on a phone and keyboard, including errors and confirmation. We record what was verified and any remaining vendor dependency before your team sends the reminder.

What the monthly fee covers

Routine tasks of 30 minutes or less, handled one at a time. Standard acknowledgment: one business day. Priority acknowledgment: four business hours. These are response targets; completion depends on the work.

Business hours only, with no after-hours or on-call coverage. Hosting and licenses are paid separately. Redesigns, integrations, custom development, and larger remediation work receive a separate fixed quote.

Read management scope and terms

Before you engage

Keep what already works.

Do we have to replace the AMS?

No. We review the existing setup first, including MemberClicks, GrowthZone, or another provider. Recommendations depend on its access, documentation, and limits.

Is a redesign included later?

No. Ongoing management covers routine work within the published task limit. A redesign, major directory change, or new integration gets a separate fixed quote.

Relevant experience

Website management and customer support.

At Liquid Web, Leland managed the marketing and ecommerce websites for LearnDash, GiveWP, The Events Calendar, and SolidWP as a senior WordPress developer. Earlier technical support work at LearnDash involved the problems administrators encounter while using a site.

These are roles Leland held before founding LFW. The organizations named here are former employers, not LFW client references.

Bring a task members struggle with.

A renewal, registration, or benefit page is a useful starting point. We can review where responsibility changes hands and what your team needs from a web partner.
