Monitor checks uptime every minute.
Monitor now checks each site once a minute from two independent places, and records exactly how many minutes it was down each month. It was added for a public university's request for proposals, which requires 99.9 percent uptime and a monthly uptime report.

LFW Signet: approvals for website changes, with a record you keep.
A change to a page can now wait for the right people before it goes live. They review it on the real site, in its own design, and every decision is kept in a record the organization can export and check without LFW.

The accessibility page shows what the work produces.
The accessibility service now lives at LFW.com/accessibility and opens with a real sample finding: what fails, how to reproduce it, the WCAG criterion, the fix and how it was verified. It also offers the free automated check.

Shorter addresses for every service page.
Service pages moved out of /capabilities/ to short addresses of their own, such as LFW.com/accessibility and LFW.com/rebuilds. Every old address redirects, so existing links and bookmarks still work.

Pages for colleges, cultural organizations and professional firms.
Three new audience pages, each in English, Spanish and French: colleges and universities; museums, performing arts organizations and libraries; and law, accounting and consulting firms.

Replay follows where a visitor is.
In the United States, Replay records a random sample of visits, about one in five, under the regional policy LFW reviewed. In California, the European Union, the United Kingdom and other places where the rule is to ask first, it stays off until a visitor turns it on.

It looks closer than a screenshot can
A donate button can look and read exactly the same while quietly pointing somewhere new: the one kind of change a plain visual diff can never catch, because the pixels never move.
Looking Glass checks link destinations directly, not just what a page looks like, so that specific failure gets caught even when nothing visibly changed.
Links whose text marks them as money- or membership-critical get flagged at higher severity when their target moves.
A record, not a remote control
This is a diagnostic archive, not a backup. The difference is worth being precise about. Looking Glass observes your site the way a visitor does, so it can't see anything back-end only: draft content, database rows, configuration. Restoring lost or corrupted content is still a hosting-provider backup matter.
What Looking Glass gives you is the other half of that problem: knowing precisely what changed and when, so fixing it is a five-minute job instead of a guessing game.
