The pages that keep the lights on.

Gifts, tickets, and sign-ups come through a handful of pages. We keep those working first.

  • Gifts

Donation forms on your own payment account, with receipts that reach the donor’s inbox.

  • Events and tickets

Galas, performances, and open houses, with registration and the confirmation email that follows.

  • Volunteers

Sign-up forms that reach the person who does the scheduling.

  • Memberships

Member levels, renewals, and the member discount at the box office, on your own payment account.

Works with the tools you already use.

Your donation forms, email, events, and CRM stay where they are. We keep the site connected to them after every update.

About LFW

Questions.

What does it cost?

The monthly fee depends on your sites and pages, integrations, languages, and response tier, and is quoted in writing. Rebuilds and new features are one-time fixed prices.

Our volunteers change every year. Who keeps the logins?

You do. Each volunteer gets their own login with a role that fits the job, and we remove access when someone leaves, on your word.

Do you handle donations and payments?

We set up and maintain the forms. The money goes to your own payment account, never through LFW.

Can you work with a very small budget?

The fee is set by the pages, integrations, and response time you need, so a small site with a few forms costs less. The quote says what is included.

Can our staff keep publishing?

Yes. Your staff and volunteers keep their logins and publish within the roles you set. We train them and handle whatever they would rather send us.

Can we keep our current host?

Yes, if it is a managed host with staging, command-line access, and automated backups. If not, we move you to one in your name. Hosting is billed by the host at its published rates: the cost is recurring, depends on your traffic, and you choose the plan size.

Find out what it would cost.

Send your website address and what needs to work better. We reply within one business day.
