Caught before anyone reported it
- Aug 7Broken link to the county permit formThe county moved its park-use permit form, and the link on your Programs page stopped working. We pointed it to the new address that morning.
- Aug 1714 photos without alt textThe photos in the About page gallery had nothing for screen readers to announce. We wrote the alt text and added it that morning.
- Aug 24Certificate renewal failed at your hostYour site's security certificate would have expired on September 2, and every visitor would have seen a browser warning. We reported it to your host, which renewed it the same day.

Scores are out of 100. The performance gains came from resizing the summer photos and moving two scripts so they load after the page. You will notice it most on a phone.
The most visited pages after the homepage were Fall Planting Kickoff (1,940 views), Join the Alliance (1,210), and Programs (880). About two-thirds of the kickoff's registrations came from the newsletter link, and the rest from the homepage banner.
Six updates to WordPress, its plugins, and your theme went out with the monthly release on August 12, and one plugin security fix went out early, on August 20. Each was reviewed on staging and checked automatically after release.
Your host backed up the site every day, and we confirmed on August 17 that the backups were running.

Needs your decision Board-members-only page for packets
The board-members-only page for packets can be built two ways. A shared password is a small task, done the day you choose it, but anyone the password is forwarded to can open the packets.
We recommend individual sign-in, where each board member signs in with their own email address and there is no password to pass around. That is more than a small task, so a fixed-price quote is in the request for your approval.
