LFW

The firm

We can’t hire you yet. We’d like to meet you anyway.

The honest version: LFW is just getting started, and pretending otherwise would be a bad way to begin. When hiring comes, we’d rather call someone we already know than write a job ad. That’s the talent pool. What you’d be joining is written down on the about page.

How we’re built
01

Just getting started

Hiring before the revenue exists would mean billing clients for overhead. So the person who answers is the person who does the work, and the roadmap is longer than the headcount.

02

The tooling lowers the price

What the tooling saves isn’t margin padding. It’s why the retainer costs what it costs. Clients pay for outcomes.

03

What we hire for

Good judgment, clear communication, and work you can point to. We’re interested in people who build websites and people who help the firm win and serve clients—including sales, business development, marketing, and operations.

Slow, fragile, hard to edit, missing a workflow. Say it plainly, and you'll get a straight answer, not a ticket number.
