Terms we accept.
Public agencies usually buy under their own contract or purchase order. Under yours, we accept these terms.

LFW is a small firm, and every retainer is set up so your staff or another vendor could take over the work.
- Accounts in your nameYour hosting account and code repository are in your agency’s name from the first day.
- A written runbookWe keep a runbook in your repository and update it every month: how the site is built, hosted, and deployed.
- Your host’s supportYour host monitors and supports the servers 24/7, whether or not LFW is reachable.
- Leave on 30 days’ noticeYou can end the retainer on 30 days’ written notice. There is no termination fee.
- Access returned at no chargeWhen the retainer ends, we return credentials, account access, and repository access at no charge.
