Every institution starts at Care, $250 a month. Custom work is a fixed price in writing. The account, the courses and the code are free.

How to pay.

Two ways, whichever your office uses.

  • By card Pay once, or month by month, from an invoice. We never keep your card number, and nothing renews without a new invoice.
  • By purchase order A quote with a number, a fixed price and 60 days to accept, ready for your requisition. We invoice against your PO on your usual terms.

What is never charged.

  • Exports Your pages, documents, forms and records, exported whenever you ask.
  • Leaving Cancel any time. There is no exit fee and no notice period to buy out.
  • The code Your site’s code is yours to keep. Our plugins are open source, so anyone can work on them.
  • The domain Registered in your institution’s name, never ours.
Hosting

A site you make yourself in your browser runs on LFW’s servers, and its hosting is inside Care.

A site LFW builds as a project runs in your institution’s own Kinsta account, at Kinsta’s published price: a recurring charge that depends on your traffic. Single-site plans started at $35 a month when we read the page on October 22, 2026. We suggest a plan size, and the plan size is yours to correct. Kinsta’s pricing page

Questions.

Is there a setup fee?

Not for a site you made yourself in your browser: it is already built, so Care starts the month you keep it. A custom site is a fixed-price project, quoted in writing.

What happens if we cancel?

Care stops at the end of the month you have paid for. For a site LFW builds as a project, the hosting account and the domain are already in your name, so nothing has to move. For a site you made yourself, which runs on LFW’s servers, you get a full copy of the site to move to any host, and the domain is already in your name.

Is hosting included?

For a site you made yourself, yes: it runs on LFW’s servers under Care. For a site LFW builds as a project, hosting is your institution’s own account with the host, billed to you at its published price, so the site keeps running with or without LFW.

Can we buy LFW Site Access now?

Not yet. Version 0.1.0 is built and tested, and it will be licensed per site. The price list, license agreement and security documents come with the release.
