Monitor counts issues, not repetitions.
One problem that appears on every page is one problem. Monitor now reports the number of distinct issues in each category and says how many pages each one covers, so a single site-wide item no longer reads as dozens of separate findings.
The change applies to the open categories and to the resolved total, so both are measured the same way. The page count stays visible beside each number, because how far an issue spreads still matters when deciding what to fix first.
