The Monitor guide now separates a customer's agreed page and device scope from LFW.com's full public-page policy. It explains desktop and mobile coverage, including blog articles, translations, pagination, and other discovered public HTML pages.
Intended coverage and completed measurements are different. Missing results are not passes, and a rounded site average does not replace the findings on individual pages.

Screenshots labeled “current” show the version captured for this changelog, not necessarily the version on the entry’s date.
