One product today. The shop, the order desk, the crop lots and the reports share one record.

  • Customer types with their own prices: landowner, commercial, municipality, school or nonprofit, and internal agency.
  • Pickup, FedEx with the fee calculated, or truck delivery.
  • Card, ACH or pay by check, with stock held while the check is in the mail.
  • A public order status page with a progress timeline, messages and the invoice.

  • A QR label per lot that opens it on any phone camera.
  • Field entry for counts, culls, irrigation and moves, from a phone.

Questions nurseries ask.

Which payment processor does it use?

Payments go through an adapter shaped for Worldpay, the processor many states contract with. Card and bank numbers never reach the server.

Can we bring our customer list over?

Yes. The demo imports a QuickBooks customer list and past sales, with matches and errors shown before anything is saved.

Does field entry work without a signal?

Not yet. The field screen works in any phone browser; offline entry and an installable app are not built.

Is it in production?

Not yet. It is a working demo built for a state nursery's request for information, and we list what is simulated in every response.
