Ports, airports, public hospitals and many special districts run on the same building blocks. Send us the RFP or ask.
Running a public website, two ways.
Running a public website today
- Five-year website agreements. Canceling early still owes all five years. Source: City of Oneida, Revize sales agreement dated February 12, 2025
- Contracts that renew themselves and raise the price 5% every year. Source: Hamburg Township Board of Trustees packet, February 18, 2025, item 12
- After the term, the same agreement renews itself every year unless the city gives 60 days’ notice. Source: City of Oneida, Revize sales agreement dated February 12, 2025
- Agendas, minutes and notices posted as PDFs that screen readers cannot read. The Title II rule covers documents too. Source: Department of Justice, ADA Title II web rule
With LFW
- You own the code and the domain. The code in your own repository, the domain registered to you, your content exportable any day.
- Fixed prices. A set scope and a set price. No automatic renewal, no yearly increase, cancel with 30 days’ notice.
- Daily monitoring. Uptime checked every minute and broken links found every day, with updates and off-site backups.
- Documents that pass. PDFs checked as they are uploaded, and the ones residents use fixed or rebuilt as accessible pages.
You own the website. We make sure it works.

- The Title II web rule, for city and county websites The ADA Title II web rule for cities, counties and special districts: which date applies, what WCAG 2.1 AA means in practice, and a free audit of your homepage.
