LFW Events can run a standing series, not just one event.

An organization that meets regularly can now keep one list of people who want to hear about every event. Guests join with an email address, confirm by clicking a link, and are signed in from then on, so a familiar face never fills in the same form twice.

Joining is by link, not by password. Announcements and reminders go out from the same list, and the people who run the series can tag it privately, which is how a breakfast invitation reaches a different group than a happy hour.

Consent is recorded as evidence rather than a checkbox: the exact words a person agreed to, when they agreed, and from where. A phone number can be added with separate permission to text, which stays unused until a registered number exists, so the record is ready before the first message is ever sent.

Every announcement carries a one-click way out, and stopping is honored across every channel at once.

Selected public improvements to LFW.com. Client work and confidential operational details stay private. Earlier entries were collected from the project’s history and dated to the relevant milestones. Screenshots labeled “current” show the version captured for this changelog, not necessarily the version on the entry’s date.
