This schedule covers optional Add-On Modules — services beyond the base web operations retainer, each priced and enabled separately on your Order Form. The first Module is Site Search; more are added here as LFW builds them.
Schedule C, version 1.0. Governed by the Services Agreement. Your Order Form states which Module(s) you have and cites the schedule version that applies to you.
C1. Overview
Add-On Modules are optional services LFW provides in addition to the Web Operations Retainer (Schedule A) or on their own. Each Module is billed separately, stated on the Order Form, and does not change the terms of Schedule A or any other Schedule Client has in place. A Module is always additive: declining, cancelling, or having a Module suspended never modifies, degrades, or removes anything from Client’s Site itself — a Module only adds a capability on top of the Site, and taking it away leaves the Site exactly as it would be without it.
C2. Site Search (Module, v1.0)
LFW builds and maintains a search index of the public pages of Client’s Site, refreshed on a regular cadence, and provides (a) a hosted search API and (b) an embeddable search interface for Client’s Site. Search covers Client’s own public content; it is not a general web search engine.
C3. Suspension for non-payment
If fees for a Module are unpaid, LFW may suspend that Module alone, on seven (7) days’ written notice, until paid in full — Client’s Site, its other Services, and any other Modules are unaffected. An embeddable Module (such as Site Search) fails gracefully when suspended (for example, a search box that returns no results) rather than causing an error on Client’s Site.
C4. Data
Data a Module generates in the course of providing it — such as a search index built from Client’s own public Site content — is LFW’s operational infrastructure for providing that Module, not Client Materials requiring return under Section 5.5 of the Services Agreement, because it is derived entirely from content that is already Client’s and already public. Ending a Module does not affect Client’s ownership or possession of its own Site content.
C5. Future Modules
LFW may add further Modules to this Schedule as they become available (for example: a document library, first-party newsletter sending, or a member directory). Each new or materially changed Module is versioned like any Schedule; an existing Order Form is governed by the Module version in effect when it was signed, per Section 1.3 of the Services Agreement.
